Workily is a marketplace platform connecting customers with professional service providers across Ireland and internationally. We facilitate the connection between customers and professionals but are not a party to the contracts formed between them.
You must be 18 years or older to use Workily. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Professionals listed on Workily undergo identity verification. However, Workily does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services advertised. Customers should exercise their own due diligence.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Workily charges fees for credits and consultation bookings as outlined in our pricing page. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.
You agree not to use Workily for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
